The management of ISSUES Management Consulting Ltd. is fully committed to quality control. In full accordance with that, we have introduced and constantly develop a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009  international standard.

Our primary aim is to meet all the expectations and requirements of our contracted clients, and to reach the highest level of efficiency and perfection in quality. To that end, ISSUES uses every available channel and means to keep close contact with clients and maintain the flow of information.

We are fully aware that we can only achieve recognition and a high reputation in our field if we are reliable, meet the highest professional standards, satisfy the strictest requirements, and attain the best possible quality. These are the pillars of our business policy and we strive to attain these standards in every part of the work flow.

By a continuous training of our experts and expansion of our staff, we strive to build a team that excels in every field of PR, communications and training and can support our clients effectively at every level of theory and practice. To reach this goal, it is indispensable that ISSUES’ experts should always have the most up-to-date information and be open to introducing cutting edge methods and technologies.

As the quality of our services depends, to a great extent, on the quality of the work and products of our subcontractors, we pay special attention to maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with them.

In order to ensure that, relying, in part, on the services and products of subcontractors, ISSUES can meet clients’ expectations and requirements, we require that our subcontractors adopt a quality focused philosophy.

We intend to include new elements in our service packages year by year, and expand our clientele on a permanent basis. Our aim is to build an organisation that becomes a highly reputed player on the market because of the youthful impetus and drive of the team, professional perfection and client oriented approach.
